These rustic chestnut fence panels are made from local Kent sweet chestnut, embracing the natural and organic beauty of this rustic rot-resistant wood. Sweet chestnut is grown only in a few areas of the UK with Kent being one of them. Once the timber is cut, it retains the character of the tree and looks more than likely the same as gates would have looked several hundred years ago. They can also be used as an effective standalone feature.
