Fencing click and collect service
We offer a click and collect service from our Ashford, Kent timber yard. Many of our items are ready for collection within 1 hour but some are built to order and there will be a lead time. You will find an indicator on each product as to the availability. Once we have received and processed your order our team will be in touch to confirm your products are ready for collection, this is usually within the hour.
Over the Easter Holiday we are closed Friday, open Saturday 8 -12 and closed Monday. All online orders will be processed on Tuesday and we will be in touch to arrange delivery.
When collecting your order please initially come to the main building entrance where one of the Chart Fencing team will meet you, cross-check paperwork and show you where to load. They are also on hand for any questions or if you need guidance relating to any of the fencing products.
