One of the most popular types of fence panels our close-boarded or featheredge fence panels are made in our own workshops using high-quality pressure-treated timber. Select from low level for front gardens or a higher level for privacy and also protection from wind. These fence panels are designed to work either with concrete H posts or our wooden posts. These panels can be matched to our range of featheredge garden gates. The double sided version of our palisade picket fence panel gives you the same perfect country cottage look on either side of the panel giving much greater privacy. A double-sided version of our Chart featheredge fence panel, these panels are two-sided and look the same on both sides. The fence panels are made from pressure-treated timber. Constructed in our own workshop, the panels include twice-weathered capping.The Chart panel can be either slid into wooden or concrete H style fence posts or attached directly to a flat fence post. These panels are imperially sized and are a great replacement where older posts are already in situ.

Waney lap fencing is a great way to cost effectively build a fence offering privacy and stability. Hit and miss fence panels offer privacy and a modern look to fencing. The square panel has simple, clean lines and the hit and miss style (panels are attached on alternate sides) means both sides of the fence panel look great, not just the outside. Each horizontal fence panel is fully framed offering good strength and in our view adding to the aesthetics. A fully framed panel that mixes two very traditional styles - tongue and groove and an upper lattice in a trellis. The framing adds good strength and the panel is made from pressure treated wood. These natural chestnut fence panels are chemical free and locally made. The chestnut used is coppiced from local woodlands and the panels are made by hand here in Kent. Chestnut is a versatile timber that requires no treatment and has a life expectancy of 20+ years. The method of making these panels has changed little over time and they are to this day, hand-woven.The sawn lathes measure approximately 5-7 cm wide and approximately 1cm thick. Lathes are fixed around cleft chestnut stakes and the panel has a half round top and bottom rail. This garden fence panel brings a twist on the traditional fence, adding in a more intricate pattern on the upper part and in an easy to use pre-made panel format. These rustic chestnut fence panels are made from local Kent sweet chestnut, embracing the natural and organic beauty of this rustic rot-resistant wood. Sweet chestnut is grown only in a few areas of the UK with Kent being one of them. Once the timber is cut, it retains the character of the tree and looks more than likely the same as gates would have looked several hundred years ago.
