Returns/re-stocking policy

Goods being returned must be in an unused/ new condition and in its original packaging (if applicable) and must be returned within 14 days of delivery/ collection.  

Any problems with an order or damage to any items must be reported to Chart Fencing within 24 hours of delivery/ collection.  

All returned goods will incur an administration charge.  If goods need to be collected there will be a collection charge made. The charge for collection will be the same as the delivery charge (please consult the delivery charge information for the correct amount).  

Any goods that have been ordered from our suppliers (including but not exclusively: concrete products, chestnut fencing and chestnut gates) machined or specially produced products by Chart Fencing Ltd are non- refundable.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Returns will not be accepted for the following items – Concrete products, post-crete, morticed timber posts and any specially made items such as panels and gates. 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY GOODS THAT WE FEEL ARE NOT IN A CONDITION THAT WE DEEM SUITABLE FOR RE-SALE. 

Wood is a natural product and due to its nature is liable to  warping, cracking, splitting and shrinkage. If you are unhappy with any product that has been supplied we must be informed within 24 hours. We cannot be held responsible for any changes caused by natural weathering once installed.
