Made by Chart in our UK-based timber yard, featheredge fencing can be purchased as individual pre-sized fence panels or as a kit so you can create the exact fencing dimensions you need. Constructed from pressure-treated timber this fencing style offers strength, privacy and longevity for your garden. Featheredge fencing works with either timber or concrete posts but please check the sizes of gravel boards depending on which system you are using. The Chart team can guide you on quantities and number of uprights etc to help with your order.

Arris Rail Scarfed
The main support behind featheredge fencing, the arris rail is chamfered and scarfed slotting into our morticed posts. Depending on the height of your fencing you will require either 2 or 3 arris rails between posts. All our arris rails are made from pressure treated softwood for a long life. Capping Rail
Capping rails sit on top of fence panels to protect and deflect the weather from the end grain of the wood. They also aesthetically 'finish off' the top of the panel. Fence Counter Rail
