As with all Chart sheds, it is made for strength and longevity. Built using 1 1/2"x 1 1/2" pressure-treated timber framing, it is then covered with a British Standard breathable waterproof membrane.
The village shed is an apex shed and is clad in pressure treated Shiplap that makes it look at home in both modern and old surroundings.
The roof is covered in green felt.

- Apex shed Floor constructed using EX 1½" x 1½"(finished size 34mm x 34mm) bearers placed at 300mm centres.
- Floor boarded with OSB
- Protect TF200 British Standard breather membrane between frame and cladding
- Framed, ledged and braced personal door measuring 762mm wide x1830mm high with 3 x 450mm Tee-Hinges
- Roof framed with Ex 1½" x 1½" (finished size 34mm x 34mm) timber boarded with 15mm OSB.
- Roof covered on the outside with green felt and trimmed with barge boards
- Walls clad with pressure treated shiplap Ex 16mm (finished size 12mm)
- Hasp and staple ready for your own padlock
- Galvanised cast cabin hook to hold the door open
