Apex Shed Weatherboard 8' x 4' Ex Display

An ex-display apex roofed weatherboard clad shed with big savings. Based on our Cotswold range of sheds with an apex roof and clad in timeless pressure treated weatherboard.  As a roof covering cedar is a natural wonder, it has a high resistance to rot, does not need treatment and is a natural silver.. It will outlast traditional felt shed roofing many times over. 

This shed comes as one of our DIY kits, where you can collect from our workshop in Ashford. Delivery options are also available across the southeast by request.

Specification: 

• Shed size 8' (2.4m) x 4' (1.2m) 
• Floor constructed using EX 1 ½” x 1 ½” (finish size 40mm x 40mm) bearers placed at 12” (300mm) centers, boarded with T&G.

• Roof boarded with 15mm OSB and covered in cedar, supported with 5” x 2” purlins, finished with barge board and a diamond finial (on the apex design). 

• Height to eaves approx. 75'' (1905mm) with a ridge height of approx. 89.5'' (2273mm) and a pitch of approx. 29.35°. Walls constructed using Ex 3'' x 2'' (finished size 68mm x 38mm) framing. 
• Walls constructed using EX 3”x 2” (finished size 68mm x 38mm) framing. Walls cladded with EX 22mm Weatherboard (Finished size 14mm) and includes breathable lining between framing and exterior cladding (including doors).

•  1 x Single opening window glazed with 4mm glass. 

•  1 x Framed, ledged and braced single personal door measuring 762mm wide x 1830mm high with 3 x 350mm Tee-Hinges, and a long throw key lock with handle. Hook to hold open door.
