We are able to deliver nationally through our network of courier partners and for smaller items via Royal Mail. As each order will vary in size and weight we will need to contact you to confirm delivery costs.
The vast majority of the items we sell on our website can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If your item has been made to measure (bespoke fencing or gates for example) unless faulty these items can not be returned. To action a return please use this contact us form or call 01233 626 188.
All returned goods should be undamaged and unused in the same condition as when dispatched. You are responsible for either personally returning the items to us or the cost of return back to our timber yard in Ashford. All returns need to be booked in with our team who will confirm that the goods are accepted. As soon as we have done this a full refund will be issued subject to the shipping information below.
Refund of shipping costs
We offer a bespoke shipping service, our standard terms are collection from Chart House, Dencora Way, Ashford. As our shipping is an additional service we are unable to offer a refund for this part of your purchase other than for damaged goods.
