- Wall Construction - Walls are built using 75mm x 50mm framing with diagonal bracing at corners.
- Wall Cladding - Selected high quality Shiplap boarding ex16mm x 150mm or Weaterboard Ex 22mm x 150mm.All boarding is fixed with rust resisting nails.
- Treatment - Pressure treated with Tanalith E to ensure a long maintenance free life.
- Roof Constructions - Roof sections are constructed using Ex 75mm x 50mm (3"x 2") and boarded with 12mm ply.
- Roofing - Standard 38kg green mineral felt. Optional Onduline or Felt Tiles.
- Floors - floors are constructed using Ex 75mm x 50mm (3" x 2") and covered with Ex 22mm x 125mm tongue & groove boarding.
- Windows - All glazed with 3mm glass. One fixed window.
- Doors - Doors are 762mm x 183mm (30" x 72"), Ledge & braced with 3 x 30cm (12") T hinges,2 x turn buttons & hasp & staple.
- Heights - Apex roof sheds measure 1780mm (70") to eaves. 2285mm (90") to ridge. Pent roof sheds measure 1780mm (70") at the rear and 2030mm (80") at the front.
- Assembly - Our prices include assembly to a firm level base prepared in advance. We can quote to construct a concrete base.
- We do not recommend an oversize base.
